Macro Plants & Baby BirdsI love April! It's beautiful! After the cold months of winter I can't wait to get out, grow something in the garden, ride bikes, take the dogs for walks, plan some summer fun! These onions survived the winter in my veggie garden. They are tenacious! I love it that they can handle the cold so well. They stay green all winter, poking their heads up through the snow. My hat is off to you, little plants! Here is the original shot in color. I do like it but prefer the antique plate version below it.
This is the top of the onion. It's bent over and a bit withered, but beautiful!
This tiny flower is about the size of a pea, if even that big.
Can you count how many there are? They sure fit in with the surrounding colors!
I can't wait to see what else pops up in the next few weeks! (There are three baby birds) Thanks for stopping by! Karen
