City Creek Center - Salt Lake City, UtahCity Creek Center, in downtown Salt Lake City, sure is pretty! Even if you don't like shopping, it's a great place to visit. The water fountain displays are beautiful! There is a splash pad for kids too. I didn't get photographs of what it looks like as I've heard of photographers being asked to put their cameras away, so I just took photographs of Keaton and Kiyah. That shouldn't scare any security guards. We had some cheesecake at the Cheese Cake Factory. It was chocolate flavor. I prefer strawberry cheesecake, but we were sharing, so chocolate it was. Kiyah had her iPad with her. It's become her best buddy, as her best buddy plays the same game she does, and they message each other. Pen pals can communicate a lot faster today! She's always asking how to spell words when she messages her pal so I'm happy about that. What better way to get her to write. I know paper and pen would not be anywhere near as exciting for her. Someday I hope that changes. Here is a photograph of Kiyah running with the iPad. I asked her if I could hold it for her so it didn't bite the dust, but her grip tightened, so I took that as a NO WAY! I put an Otter Box case on it when we bought it to help protect against bumps and drops. So far it's been worth it. An entire glass of water got dumped on the iPad a few months ago and the Otter Box saved it. Not that the company claims it would protect against water, but it did. Keaton is the easiest person in the entire world to get along with! He is sweet and funny and considerate! Seriously! Young ladies, get in line as he's a rare catch. So far Brooke has him though, so he's not available:) He's very cute too and doesn't even know it:) I tell him all the time but he gets embarrassed. How cute is that?
Well, off to have another beautiful day! You have one too:)
Hugs
