Really Fun FamilyThis family knows how to have fun! They are always posting fun things they are doing. I love to look at their Facebook timeline photographs! They adopted two of my foster dogs. I was fostering a momma and her son through the Humane Society. The son, Pipa, was only about 3 days old when I started fostering him. His ears were almost longer that he was. When Pipa was 12 weeks old, vaccinated and neutered, Danielle called about Pipa. She and her children wanted to meet him. I took Izy with me so Pipa wouldn't have to travel in the carrier alone. Izy was very bonded with Pipa, and I really wanted them to be adopted together. I was also hoping that taking Izy along would result in them staying together. They loved Pipa! When I mentioned that Pipa and Izy were bonded, they decided to take them both! I was thrilled! That was just over a year ago. A few weeks ago they asked me to make some family photographs of them. Of course I said yes! They wanted Izy, now named Isis, and Pipa, now named Yoda, in the photographs as well. Awesome! This was beginning to feel like a family reunion:) We met at Daybreak. It was warm-ish. The sun was setting. Danielle opened the car to get the dogs out, Pipa barked at me:( I was a bit sad about that. Izy didn't bark at me but she didn't seem to recognize me either. I wonder if we hadn't met outside if they would have acted differently. It was high stress for them out there. Despite that, we had a lot of fun! The kids did a great job! The dogs were great! What an evening! Here are the photographs we made together. Thanks, Danielle, Bella, Aaron-Martin, and Kathryn, Isis and Yoda. (Pipa is brown. Isis has a lot of black on her.)
