Mother & ChildMy sweet dog, Trinity, wakes me up too early every single morning, but it may have some benefits after all. Since I can't get back to sleep after being woken up, I've decided it's a great time to paint. The house is quiet, after Trinity goes back to sleep as soon as she's done her business, and I can have a few hours to myself while the rest of the family sleeps. I made a photograph of a mother and her baby a few years ago. I came across it last week. I immediately thought it would make a real sweet painting, I like how it turned out:) I'll have to track down the mother so she can see it. I bet the baby is about 5 years old now.
