I was made in Scotland. My maiden name is MacDuff. I was Morag for the first part of my life, but my grandmother didn't like the name so my parents changed it to Karen. I would have preferred to stay Morag.

When I decided a few months ago to update my business name, I was drawn to using my maiden name and my original first name.  I would no doubt have been called Mora, short for Morag, but decided since my old business name was on the chopping block, I could change my first original name a bit, and went with Mori. Hence: Mori MacDuff.studio

Meet Alli. She's 1/2 Scottish. She looks like a queen that would ride on horseback along side her country-people. No hiding in the castle for her. I love her red hair, her striking blue eyes, and her gentle gaze. Yes, a queen she could definitely be.
