Glass Bottles

January 05, 2017  •  Leave a Comment

My 12 year old daughter, Izobel and I made this painting today. We handed it back and forth, each taking a turn till it was done. We'd collected glass bottles for a few days so we'd have some to paint. These are just regular bottles we found in the fridge.

We're trying hard to do a painting a day.  We got the idea from http://www.duanekeiser.com/apaintingaday. I do believe he started the whole movement.

Danny Gregory has a few popular books on how to get started. https://www.amazon.com/Danny-Gregory/e/B001JP28SW/ref=dp_byline_cont_book_1   I'm reading Art Before Breakfast on my Kindle app. Sounds cool so far!

It's a really cool way to connect to your kids each day too. If you've got 5 kids, just pass it around to all of them. See what you get!

I'm still working on the apples painting -post a few days ago- I am close to being done! Whoo hoo!

Thanks for stopping by!
