I disappeared for a while. Christmas time keeps us busy because we've got one child's birthday on December 31st, and another on January 2nd. Both kiddos were due on Christmas day. 

This painting seems to be rather Christmas-y, but I didn't have that in mind when I started. My only idea was to use a limited pallet of blues. I love being intrigued as the image comes together.

Midnight 1-2017 frame sig

I love magical images so that crept into this one. In fact it reminds me of a photo I made a couple of years ago. 

This one below: I drew in the white fluffy weeds behind the twins. I also made those floating white and orange puff balls.

I added some magic to this one too. All those orange, purple and white fluff balls were added in during editing.

Just looking at a few more from that same day. I must have been on some crazy person fluff ball trip!

Off to watch the new release of Blade Runner with the fam. I love the original Blade Runner and can just about quote the whole movie....speaking of magical things. The effect in that show were, and still are amazing!
